Guitar Lovers.

I just came across the Clapton lucy guitar and suddenly thought of Father’s Day. It does seem like a perfect give for dads, right? There’s no need to hunt for the perfect gift because this is IT!

Owned by Eric Clapton and then given to his friend George Harrison, this 1957 Les Paul Goldtop -refinished in cherry red and better known as “Lucy”-is one of the most historically important electric guitars in the world.

I’m sure any dad, or any music/guitar lover out there, would love to have this. It is a limited edition guitar that will surely be treasured. I, for one, even wants to have this guitar.

My latest addiction. I already got two, Mama Mary and my initial. It’s not so cheap so I could afford only two. Plus there wasn’t much choices available. And I am also waiting for their store to open here soon. I hope they would offer more choices.

On A Monday.

I am trying to catch up on the iNSD (interNational Scrapbooking Day) sales. Most shops are in their last day of sale and I am hoping to grab some great deals. I do plan to get them into use soon as I notice that DS has been enjoing browsing his older pictures.

Have to look for steel toe shoes for women for a niece. I guess she’ll be needing that for her OJT soon.

Finishing the 666 Park Avenue series. It only lasted one season. I kinda like it but I think they need a bit more to last more than a season. At least they somewhat squeezed in the whole story in just one season. And I do like short series, like Korea-novelas. I don’t want to wait for so long and so many seasons for an ending I am not if I’d be pleased with.

So Hot!

The weather is so unbelievably hot. I used to love summer, but this time, the weather is just so terrible and unbearable. Good luck to our electric bill as our air conditioning is working non-stop. If only we have a space and if only we could afford to have a pool installed, with pentair pool pumps and the works, I would do so in a heart beat. I would do anything to beat this summer heat. I can’t wait for the rainy days to come!

Summer Outfit.

Faster Speed.

I am so wishing for a faster connection speed right now. First off, I have to look into custom ceramics. Then I am itching to go over Pinterest again. It has been a while. I was busy going through various free cross stitch patterns online I barely had time to do other stuff online. If only our connection was faster, I could have be downloading and browsing and blogging and pinning and working all at the same time. Or maybe I should just sleep earlier and wake up a bit earlier cause that’s the only time I will get a decent connection speed.

Busy Still.

My lists of to-do’s and to-buy’s for DS’ birthday celebration don’t seem to end. It’s just a really small party and yet we can’t seem to be done with everything. For some reason, DH said in addition to pain and cords and various things, we also need some thumb screw knobs. Aside from that I am likewise getting a few stuff for our upcoming getaway. Today I was able to accomplish several things. I was able to get yards of cloth to use as tablecloth for our DIY candy buffet and some light clothes for me. And then we dropped by the hardware store to get some more materials. We are getting there.
