Off And On Again.

I don’t have much work lately thus I hardly update any of my homes. I am so getting used to this laid-back life, online at least, that I am finding it hard to find my focus back online. Good thing there isn’t much to do yet, aside from the megameeting.com web conferencing that I need to look into. I know I am not earning as much, but I’d like to say that it is still a good thing as I have more time to do other things that I enjoy. I have been doing little baking experiments. Nothing special, just some bland {as in salt-less, just herbs!}, pa-healthy meals. I can’t still make myself try the sinful treats, like cookies and brownies and muffins. Aside from the fact that I don’t have a mixer yet, even the hand held one, I feel fat already just by going through the sugar in the ingredients. I need to find healthier versions of those.

Organic Beauty Products.

We are going back to basics. Have you noticed the tons of organic products being sold in the market today? From food to beauty products to cleaning products. I am a fan of anything organic. Too bad, most are highly priced. However, there are also some that are friendly on the pocket. I recently tried this citronella bug spray that is so much cheaper than my previous bug spray, and it works. It doesn’t need to be expensive to be effective. My latest discovery is the organic argan oil.

You can buy argan oil online and it’s quite affordable, too. It moisturizes dry skin, minimizes and prevents fine lines, and gives skin a fresh and youthful glow among others.

More Ebooks Please.

I have been downloading and buying discounted books for my son’s iPod touch. The books I got were really nice, I too enjoy going through them and I am itching to get new ones. I only got to fill it with books now as DS just wanted to put games in there before. Good thing, he is enjoying his ebooks now. And yes, I am thinking to get an iPad as well, if only for all his books, and maybe mine too. I know though that the gadget is a more approriate option for graduation college gifts, and that he is too young to have all these gadgets. I still prefer the real toys, actual games and real books over the gadget. So yes, I am giving it a lot of thought still. Besides, I don’t have the budget for that anyway.

“I believe in pink.
I believe that laughing is the best calorie burner.
I believe in kissing, kissing a lot.
I believe in being strong when everything seems to be going wrong.
I believe that happy girls are the prettiest girls.
I believe that tomorrow is another day and I believe in miracles.”

My mommy introduced me to The Sound of Music and Mary Poppins. I’m not sure how old I was back then but I loved and enjoyed them both. In fact, I so loved The Sound of Music, I even made a movie report about it in high school. Now I’m waiting for the right time to introduce the two movies to my son. Will he enjoy them, too? Or will he be more interested with wrestling headgear more? Hahaha! I hope not. He sings and sometimes dances to the songs in Glee, will he do that when he sees Mary Poppins and The Sound of Music? Or are these girly movies? I don’t remember my brother liking the movies as much as I did. We’ll see.

Trendy Ways To Tie A Scarf.

So much for browsing ATV or UTV and even Polaris Accessories. I can’t afford them anyway, at least for now. :) I need to browse for things within my budget. I am eating a little too much these days, I need a diversion. Haha! I’m keeping this image. I’m thinking of buying scarves. Only the cheaper ones for now as I am not sure if I’m going to pull off wearing one. Anyway I am hoping I’d be trendy enough to wear them. I don’t want heavy rains, but I do wish for a weather cool enough to demand a scarf. :)
